• Does a dealer have to become a Warranty Life partner?

No, any retailer can sell Warranty Life Merchandise without becoming an authorized repair partner. However if you are a repair facility we encourage you to register to join the network of repair shops to be eligible to receive & perform Warranty life repairs. If you decide to become a Warranty Life partner, dealers must apply using the registration form located at the bottom of WarrantyLife.com. Register Now

• Once I become a partner, how do I make a claim?

Using your partner access, you would log into the Warranty Life system, locate the customer, confirm active coverage, and file a claim. Upon sign up, we will provide video training on the system; it’s very easy to use.

• How often do I get paid? / What do I get paid?

Payments are made direct to dealer weekly from Warranty Life. No need to worry about credits, WarrantyLife will pay you cash for each repair. Warranty Life pays for parts and labor based on industry standard rates.

• If a Dealer sells the Liquid Glass product will they come back to my store for service?

Yes, when the liquid glass product fails to protect the screen and the screen breaks, customers are directed back to the place of purchase. If for some reason they have moved away, Warranty Life can still service them by reimbursement and pay the customer direct.

• What is the registration process for the customer for Liquid Glass?

You can choose to apply the liquid glass on the customer’s phone in the store, or let them do it at home. However, the customer must register by downloading the Warranty Life diagnostic app tool from Apple or Google, or use the web link at warrantylife.com/signup

• How will being an Authorized Repair Center help me?

Money. Becoming an authorized repair center with Warranty Life will allow customers to redeem their warranty claim through your business. This allows you to retain the customer for services instead of refering them to another repair center, and lose potential sales.
