Ordering:

By placing an order with MyCoolCell, Inc. You are agreeing to our prices, payment terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms & conditions you should not use or purchase from our site. You understand that all shipping charges and COD charges are your responsibility. Cashier Checks and Money Orders can be accepted for U.S. Customers only. A $25 fee may apply to any checks that are returned unpaid. Any unpaid balance over 45 days will be forced into collection. Please note that our collection efforts will affect your business or personal credit.

MyCoolCell Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Shipping & Handling:

Depending on our workload and UPS shipping schedule, all wholesale orders placed by 12PM Noon PST are generally shipped from our warehouse on the same business day. No guarantees. Orders that don’t make it out on the same day will be shipped out on the next business day. MyCoolCell, Inc. ships all orders via UPS by the delivery method of your choice. Delivery options are present at time of checkout. Shipping charges are based on the shipping method selected and the size and weight of the package. Please note that MyCoolCell, Inc. does not mark up shipping charges.

Please note that due to the fact that shipping charges are based on size and weight, shipping charges will be added and processed after the order is placed and processed.

COD Orders: MyCoolCell, Inc. offers COD by money order or cashiers check as form of payment. Please note that a $10.00 COD charge will be implied in addition to the shipping charge. This is a fee imposed by UPS for their check collection services.

UPS Shipping Options:

UPS Ground: 4 to 5 business days from the time of shipping if outside west coast.
UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days from the time of shipping
UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days from the time of shipping
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day from the time of shipping

Please note that MyCoolCell, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves our warehouse. Orders that are returned or rejected are subject to re-shipping charges in addition to the initial shipping cost. Returned packages that are not re-shipped will be subject to a 30% restocking fee on the entire order.

Return, Exchange:

MyCoolCell, Inc. does not offer any return or exchange policies for any non-defective merchandise, merchandise ordered in error or quantities of merchandise ordered in error. We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any of the above reasons.

We encourage you to double check the items and the quantities on your order before submitting to us. We do not have any minimum quantity requirements so there is no pressure on you to order more then you need. MyCoolCell, Inc. is not responsible if you ordered merchandise in error.

If you feel that we made an error with the merchandise or quantities received then you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can investigate your claim.

MyCoolCell, Inc. will accept all manufacturer defective merchandise within 45 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in their original packaging and condition. All items that are sent back as defective are inspected by our RMA department before any credits are issued.

Any credits issued by MyCoolCell Inc. are given in the form of a store credit to be used towards future orders. MyCoolCell.com Inc. does not issue cash or credit card refunds.
